Complete Aviation (CASAIR) was established in 1992 when Stuart Burns set his sights on delivering the best customer experience possible for aircraft charter in Western Australia. Since that time, CASAIR has excelled in creating a culture of safety and outstanding customer service, making us one of the longest established aircraft charter operations in Perth.

In 2017 CASAIR Freight was established to manage Australia wide and World wide transport requirements including domestic and international solutions utilising charter flights, passenger flights, freighter aircraft, road linehaul, local courier, and road hot shots.
