International Freight Services
Our range of services available includes parcel courier, airfreight and seafreight, with door to door capability in most areas. We also have the ability to facilitate customs clearance to streamline the process for you.
Freight Shipping Options
When it comes to sending or receiving freight internationally, there are many variables to consider. From small packages to large international freight, it can be daunting for the uninitiated.
Small packages can be sent using the large “network” type businesses such as Fedex, DHL, and UPS. However, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. Large international freight can move by sea or air. Sometimes, slightly large or heavy items may be cheaper to send by air since sea freight incurs minimum charges and takes much longer. International airfreight may be moved on commercial passenger flights or cargo aircraft, depending on the route.
Freight Quotes and Incoterms
Interpreting the quotes you get from freight forwarders and knowing what Incoterm to book your freight on can be challenging. However, it’s essential to understand these concepts when arranging international freight. Incoterms are a set of rules that define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers for the delivery of goods under sales contracts.
